Sean Davidson: Senior Art Director | A11y | National Recording Academy Mentor | Special Olympics Hall of Fame Volunteer
Sean Davidson is a senior art director focused on all facets of internal & external corporate branding, digital transformation, integrated brand ecosystems, omnichannel strategy, AI-augmented creative workflows, and a general love of all things with a designed effort. His work spans brand architecture, growth marketing, performance-driven creative, customer experience (CX) design, user experience (UX/UI), design systems, inclusive design, and scalable content operations. Over the last few years he has maintained the general creative direction throughout PTC (NASDAQ: PTC), a global SaaS-based software company in Boston, Massachusetts. He has lead initiatives in digital-first brand strategy, marketing alignment, data-informed storytelling, product marketing design, and enterprise-level rebranding across global markets.
A native of Massachusetts, Sean earned his B.A. in design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, graduating magna cum laude while studying under Ellen Lupton and Abbot Miller of Pentagram. He recently completed a master’s degree in digital media from the Harvard Extension School (Summa Cum Laude, 2023), with a capstone thesis dedicated to digital accessibility, ethical AI in design, and equitable user-centered innovation. Sean is a lifetime Hall of Fame member of the Special Olympics Massachusetts.
As an audiophile, he is a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (Grammy® organization), reflecting his deep engagement with culture, community, and experiential branding. In his spare time he DJs, having played multiple embassies, museums, and nightclubs across three continents. In 2018, he toured Australia with dates in New South Wales and Melbourne, Victoria. For fun, he maintains a summertime DJ residency on Nantucket Island. He was the former art director of the Howard Theatre in Washington, DC.
